Is this an official Department of Defense system?

VetAnvil is an independent company, not a government agency. Its TAP tools are organized around transition milestones. For authoritative guidance, consult your installation’s TAP office.

Does VetAnvil replace TAP or our existing case-management tools?

No. VetAnvil sits alongside TAP and your system of record as a shared view of CRS progress, Capstone status, and follow-up windows.

How do family needs fit into a member’s transition plan?

Military transition is a family transition. Relocation, a spouse’s employment, education, and caregiving often shape a member’s plan. VetAnvil is developing spouse and caregiver workflows so those household needs can be planned alongside the member’s requirements, while treating spouses and caregivers as participants with their own goals and responsibilities.

What is VetAnvil's current security and FedRAMP status?

Not FedRAMP authorized today, and not listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace. Verify any vendor at marketplace.fedramp.gov.

What contracting or procurement vehicle can we use?

Not on a GSA Schedule or a DoD-wide vehicle today. Engagement runs under a standard commercial services agreement, or a task order your contracting office structures. Raise vehicle requirements during the walkthrough.

Can we run a pilot before committing to a full rollout?

Interested in exploring a pilot? Request a walkthrough to discuss your requirements. A request does not commit either organization to a pilot.

How does role-based access control work?

Advisors, commanders, and leadership each see only the cases assigned to their role and installation. Leadership rollups aggregate outcomes without member-level detail.

Do you have accessibility documentation, such as a VPAT?
