Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 2026

Our commitment

We want everyone who has served, and the people who support them, to be able to use VetAnvil, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.

How we build and test

We build the public website with semantic HTML, visible keyboard focus, a skip-to-content link, and text alternatives for meaningful images. We run automated accessibility checks on the public site’s pages as part of our development process. Automated checks find only some problems, so we do not treat them as proof of full accessibility.

Conformance status

We do not currently claim conformance with a specific standard, such as WCAG 2.2 or Section 508. We will update this statement if that changes.

Known limitations

We have not yet completed a comprehensive manual accessibility review using assistive technologies such as screen readers, switch access, voice control, or magnification. Automated testing cannot identify every accessibility barrier. Some parts of VetAnvil are still being reviewed, and Spanish is available for some public pages but not all of them.

Report a barrier

If something on VetAnvil is hard to use, email support@vetanvil.com. Tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser, and assistive technology you use. If you need information in another format, ask and we will work with you to provide it.
