For those who served

Your transition, your terms, your future.

Build your Individual Transition Plan, meet every Career Readiness Standard, and finish your Capstone on time. Your plan, your job matches, and your benefits all live in one place, from your first counseling session to the day you start civilian work.

Your transition, step by step

From your first counseling session to your first civilian job

Every required milestone, in the order you reach it. Build your plan, learn what your service is worth in civilian terms, and walk out with a job and benefits in motion.

Your Individual Transition Plan

One living plan you build from your first counseling session and keep through Capstone. It tracks every Career Readiness Standard and tells you exactly what's done and what's left.

Learn what your MOS is worth outside

The core day, VA Benefits & Services, DoD Transition Day, and a two-day track you pick: employment, education, technical training, or starting your own business. Each session is scheduled, attended, and logged on your record.

Walk into your Capstone ready

Your counselor confirms each standard is met, then your commander makes the readiness call no later than 90 days before you separate. Anything still open routes to a warm handover, so you are never sent off on your own.

Job matches and benefits, side by side

See civilian roles matched to your MOS, clearance, and location next to the VA claim and benefits you've earned. Follow-up at 90, 180, and 365 days keeps a check-in on you after you separate.

Spouse and caregiver support

The transition is a family event. MyCAA, SECO, caregiver support, and license portability are tracked alongside the service member's plan.

You earned this. Let's get you ready.

Build your plan, meet every standard, and line up your next job before you separate, with your family and your counselor beside you the whole way.
