What we collect
VetAnvil only collects what it needs to match you with care and career resources: your verified veteran status, any medical conditions you choose to share, your ZIP code for local provider matching, and your contact preferences. We do not sell your data.
How we use your data
Your information is used only to run the VetAnvil service itself: finding VA and community-care providers, matching civilian jobs to your military experience, and coordinating appointments. We share your data with a provider only when you request an appointment with them.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by contacting support. You can also export your data in a machine-readable format.
Security
Data is encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest, and our application security follows OWASP guidelines. The backend is built in Rust, which eliminates whole classes of memory-safety bugs by design.
