1. Acceptance
By using VetAnvil, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
We may update these terms. We will tell you by email or in the app before a change takes effect.
2. Eligibility
VetAnvil is built for U.S. military veterans, service members, and their families. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
To send documents to VA through VA Benefits Intake, you must be one of these people:
The claimant, meaning the veteran or other person who is applying for VA benefits.
An attorney or claims agent accredited by VA who represents the claimant.
A representative of a VA-recognized Veterans Service Organization (VSO) who represents the claimant.
A person VA allows to help with one claim under 38 CFR 14.630.
Send only documents that you have the right to send for that claimant.
3. Account security
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Tell us right away if you notice any unauthorized access.
4. Medical disclaimer
Service is for educational and informational purposes, not clinical decisions.
VetAnvil helps you find and schedule care, but it does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified health care professional for diagnosis and treatment.
In an emergency, call 911. If you are a veteran in crisis, call 988 and press 1.
5. Job matching disclaimer
Job matches are suggestions based on your profile and publicly available data. We don't guarantee employment or endorse any employer.
6. VA services
VetAnvil is not part of VA, and VA does not endorse VetAnvil. We get VA data through VA's Lighthouse APIs. VA owns that data and makes all decisions about your benefits and claims.
When you send a form through VetAnvil, you are responsible for making sure it is accurate and complete. A VA tracking number shows that VA received your upload. It does not mean that VA approved your claim.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, VetAnvil is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This applies to any damages that arise from your use of the service.
